Do you travel for weddings and is there a travel fee?
Oh, do we ever! We love an excuse to pack our bags and chase love stories wherever they take us. We’ve filmed weddings across 10+ states and even abroad (passport’s always ready!).
If your wedding is within 60 miles of one of our locations—no travel fee! Outside that radius? One of our team members will give you all the deets based on your wedding location. Let’s go on an adventure!
How long does it take to receive our wedding film?
We know the wait is hard (trust us, we’re excited too!). On average, you’ll receive your wedding film within 10-12 weeks. Some projects might take a bit longer depending on the season and event details, but your story is worth the care we put into it. And yes, we’re always working on bringing that timeline down.
Why is pricing different in different states?
Great question! Each state has its own different costs when it comes to filming a wedding. Our pricing reflects those regional differences so we can continue to deliver top-quality films—wherever your wedding takes place.
Can we pick the music for our wedding film?
We totally get it—music sets the mood! We use licensed music to ensure your soundtrack is not only epic but also legal. You’ll have the chance to share your vibe and favorite genres, and our editors will find the perfect match that complements your story beautifully. Trust us—it’s a vibe every time.
How do we book Reverent Wedding Films?

Do you offer payment plans?

Will we meet our videographer before the wedding?
While you may not meet your filmmaker in person before the big day, you’ll have a dedicated Wedding Film Coordinator from the moment you book. They’re your go-to for questions, planning, and making sure your vision is shared clearly with your filmmaker.

What's the difference between a Documentation and a Documentation Plus film?
Our Documentation Film includes up to 4 major events—think ceremony, first dances, toasts, and grand exit. You get to choose your favorites!
The Documentation Plus Film includes all the big moments, plus 3 beautifully edited montage sections from your day. It’s like the highlight reel and the extended cut rolled into one.
When will you arrive on our wedding day?
We usually arrive 2 hours before your ceremony starts. That gives us time to capture those dreamy getting-ready shots, venue details, and all the behind-the-scenes excitement. It’s part of what helps us craft films that feel like…well, you.
